We use EPS 200 (high-quality polystyrene with high compressive strength) as our standard material. In addition, we also process XPS and EPP.

EPS 200 is sturdy, but remains a foam product. It is resistant to normal use, but hard impacts can cause damage.

Yes, we work exclusively with fire-retardant EPS (SE quality: Self Extinguishing), which is often mandatory for trade fairs and the hospitality industry.

EPS has a slight grain structure. With EPS 200, this is minimal but visible. For a mirror-smooth result, an additional coating is required.

All our letters and objects are cut from solid EPS 200 for optimal strength and a sleek finish.

EPS is extremely lightweight. A 90x30 cm letter weighs only 4 to 8 kg. Ideal for trade shows or mounting on suspended ceilings.

Yes, EPS is 100% recyclable and CFC-free. We recycle our own residual waste into new base material.

We cut from blocks of 2000x1200x1000 mm. Larger objects are created by expertly gluing parts together.

Certainly! In addition to letters, we create complex 3D sculptures and enormous blow-ups. We are happy to contribute ideas regarding the technical execution.

Any font is possible. For the color, you can choose from our stock or provide your own RAL/Sikkens code. The paint is UV-resistant.

Yes, provided they are thick enough and have a flat underside. If necessary, we can weight the letters or provide them with a base plate.

We cut from a thickness of 5 mm with a precision of approximately ± 1 mm. Please note: thinner material is more fragile.

We prefer to receive vector files such as .AI, .EPS or .DXF, but we can read almost any file type.

For custom work, you will always receive a sample sketch first. For standard letters, this is only done upon explicit request.

Yes, single items are welcome. For larger quantities, we offer volume discounts; these are calculated automatically in the customizer.

Use a mounting adhesive suitable for EPS (solvent-free). Upon request, we can provide a technical drawing for correct positioning.

Yes, but use only water-based paint without solvents. In case of doubt, always test on a scrap piece first.

Yes, as a standard, they are painted entirely on all sides. For direct wall mounting, we sometimes leave the back untreated for better adhesion.

Use a solvent-free adhesive such as 'High Tack' based on MS polymer. Avoid contact adhesives containing solvents.

Carefully remove dust with air (blowing) or use a soft, clean brush.
